taosdump 必须在 taosd 正常运行时才能工作，你现在是什么版本，要升级到什么版本？一般来说，可以通过拷贝数据目录的方式做全量备份
3.0.0.1 升级到3.6.6.13版本 能直接copy /var/lib/taos 下面的文件？
